1 - Content. 
100sites.com reserves the absolute right to refuse to accept any web 
publisher based on 100sites.com's policies. By example, content (including links 
to content) that may be considered inconsistent with 100sites.com's policies 
includes: indecent or pornographic material, software pirating or any site that 
violates third party intellectual property rights (e.g. warez), any illegal 
activity any subject matter inconsistent with 100sites.com’s policies as 
determined in its sole discretion, commercial sites

2 - Description of site and banners
Site title and description must be in English. Descriptions not written in English 
wil be automatically edited or removed.
Banner content requirement must reflect the site content and must adhere to general
site content guidelines stated above. If banners include text messages, English 
words only are allowed. Banners not complying with terms of service will be 
automatically removed without notice.

3 - Approval. 
100sites.com membership is subject to approval of 100sites.com. 
100sites.com reserves the right to withhold or remove approval of membership for 
any reason whatsoever. 

4 - Termination. 
100sites.com reserves the right to terminate any member's relationship with 
100sites.com for any reason whatsoever, without prior notice. 
Termination notice may or may not be provided via e-mail or any other public means 
and will be effective immediately. Upon termination notice, web publisher agrees to 
immediately remove from his web site 100sites.com's html code. 

5 - Content Protection. 
You guarantee that all content, products, and services on 
your web site are legal to distribute and that you own or have the legal right 
to use any and all copyrighted material. 

6 - Applicability. 
These terms and conditions shall apply to web publisher for as 
long as web publisher is a member of the 100sites.com and shall, and shall 
supercede all previous communications or agreements. 

7 - Members Responsibilities. 
To insure compliance with these terms and conditions, any members that whose
site undergoes a major change in content after approval for membership MUST 
notify 100sites.com of the changes in writing.

8 - Modifications. 
100sites.com reserves the right to change any conditions of these 
terms and conditions at any time. Members are responsible for complying with any 
changes to the 100sites.com terms and conditions. 

9 - Privacy.
100sites.com holds your personal data with the sole pourpose to allow your 
partecipation to the list. You can access and modify your data by means of your 
username and password. Inactive accounts will be automatically removed.
Use of cookies on 100sites.com is done with the sole pourpose to avoid cheats. 
No tracking of the users is done.
